We have continued to experience water and moisture issues following heavy rainfall this month. Ground water has been seeping into our furnace duct work. To prevent extra moisture in the building, we closed off the vents and shut down the furnaces for a few days. If you were in one of the groups that had to meet with space heaters and warm jackets, we thank you for your sacrifice! As of this writing the furnaces are back on, the vents are dry, and we are hopeful that we’ve seen the last of this moisture problem. A team of folks are working on a more permanent solution to this ongoing problem. There are several possible solutions and in the next few months they will determine which one will best fit our needs.
