Holy Yoga is a Christian themed Yoga practice, where there is a focal scripture for the day as well as Christian praise music to stretch with. Our instructor, Erin, offers a varied set of poses each week as well as “chair yoga” on Thursdays. Come join us, regardless of your experience level. $10 drop in donation is appreciated for this ministry.
